The portal rooms in Stormwind and Orgrimmar contain portals to the Caverns of Time. In addition, Zephyr at the World’s End Tavern in Shattrath City can teleport characters who have at least Revered reputation status with the Keepers of Time directly to the entrance of the Caverns.
